No one monitors this inbox day and night. If a ceiling is sagging or water is reaching electrical wires, leave the room and call 911. For a leak in progress, use the form and write that it is urgent.

Seven areas have their own pages
Chomedey, Laval-des-Rapides, Sainte-Rose, Sainte-Dorothée, Fabreville, Duvernay and Vimont each have a page, with what the City of Laval writes about their buildings and what you need to know for a roof. You will find them under Areas.
The roofing rules are the same throughout the city. An area without a page is not a separate case.
