The information collected
Only what you enter in the quote form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give it, your Laval area or your city, the type of work and the description of your situation.
The site sets no advertising cookies and does not ask you to open an account.
Visits are counted, to know which pages are read. This first count is done without cookies and without identifying you. It records the page viewed, the site you came from, the type of device and the country, in aggregate form.
Analytics cookies
Only with your consent, we also measure visits with Google Analytics. This Google tool sets cookies in your browser to recognize a returning visit, and it sends Google data about your browsing on the site: the pages viewed, the length of the visit, the type of device and the approximate region.
On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Google Analytics stays off until you click "Accept". If you refuse, none of its cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. A refusal after a consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Your choice is kept in your browser. It tells us nothing about you.
How it is used
For one purpose only: to allow a roofing contractor to call you back about your request. Your information is not sold to third parties, and it is not used for any solicitation unrelated to your request.
Who it goes to
Your request is sent to a roofing contractor who serves your area. This is what you agree to by checking the box on the form. It is sent through an email provider, which processes the message on our behalf.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept for as long as it takes to process them and follow up, then they are deleted.
What you can request
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge named below.
